Born and raised in Switzerland, Fanny immigrated with her family to Montreal at the age of 16. Her need for discovery and a constant passion for new experiences pushed her to travel to many different countries and continents and learn new languages. Her open mind and interest in upcoming trends guided her to complete a Bachelor degree in Marketing & Communications from the University of Quebec in Montreal. She started in the beauty and cosmetic industry where she began her management career by developing multiple different product categories and brands for the Canadian and Quebec markets. Her skills and natural love for brand experience creation brought her to manage the event department of professional and consumer magazines at Rogers Media. She then was offered to oversee the marketing department for Quebec based magazines. This experience allowed Fanny to refine her brand leadership and consumer engagement expertise. Because of her passion for travel, Fanny accepted a role at the W Montréal, where she managed all marketing, PR, social media, events and partnerships initiatives. Promoted to Field Marketing Manager for the Quebec Marriott hotels, she extended her competencies in understanding and answering specific marketing and business needs. Fanny is a highly engaged, passionate and professional marketing and communication specialist who knows how to deliver sustained growth and create value for a brand. She is based in Montreal and aims to help promote the Quebec tourism market on the national and international scenes.
